Corinna Maguire has always enjoyed baking, but it wasn’t until she was asked to make a friend's wedding cake in 2010 that her addiction to all things sugar began. She has since published a Gourmand awarded book - The Celtic Cakers, made a star appearance on Food Network’s Halloween Wars and won the Rising Star Award from Cake Masters. She now splits her time between creating over-the-top cakes and teaching classes, both internationally and closer to home on the west coast of Ireland.
