I set up my cake company, Dragons & Daffodils Cakes by Rhianydd Webb, in 1999 so that I could watch my two boys growing up. Thousands of wedding cakes and countless classes later, they have been on my journey with me and are both now working with food too. I adore teaching and demonstrating because even as the tutor you learn too. I am honored to be a judge for Cake International and am always so excited to see all the entries. There are so many sugarcraft skills I love to do which I suppose makes me a Jack of all trades, but more importantly, I haven't worked a day in the last 20 years because my job isn't work. I brought out my debut book. Cyril's Cake Adventure, in 2019 and am currently working on book 2.
