Zoe Burmester is a multi award winning cake artist best known for her playful cake sculptures and highly realistic illusion work. Based in Somerset UK, Zoe came to cake art via a previous career in Film and TV. She has always liked to tell a story but now cake is her canvas! As well as creating bespoke commissions for clients, she also teaches, writes for industry publications and has appeared in numerous TV programs featuring her work.
