Ok, enough of my corny, dorky self. "Paper Filigree" is another term for "Quilling". However, I think for this more modern approach to a classic technique, it needs a fancy name! This course includes 5 projects, more than an hour and forty-five minutes of HD video instruction. You will learn how to prep you wafer paper, four different options for coloring your wafer paper, how to specially handle wafer paper for quilling, how to build designs, and much more. You will receive templates on all the flowers and the transfer for the profile of the face. I show you how I go about designing and applying these thin strips of wafer paper in a modern and stylish approach to quilling.
